TurboSquid is the online 3D marketplace. They offer Autodesk Certified Plugins and the largest collection of 3D models and textures anywhere for sale.- Princeton 3D Model Search Engine
An interesting 3D model search engine that lets you search for models with either keywords or a drawn sketch. - Mega-Tex
Lots of free textures for download. Most of them are unprocessed photographs, so you'll probably have to do a little postprocess work on them.
